For questions about Hostelworld backpacker hostel bookings, see Hostelworld FAQ and Contact Hostelworld Your booking confirmation voucher will include full contact details of the hostel.

For questions about Viator Tour bookings, your booking confirmation voucher will include full contact details of the tour operator. You can also email Viator - "support (at) viator.com" for prompt 24/7 support. Check your voucher for the email address. For questions before booking, please use the "Request Help" button at the bottom right of the relevant tour and use the FAQ and online form.

Please note that we do not take phone bookings. All bookings are processed through the secure online booking systems of the appropriate companies above using white-label, co-branded websites which include our navigation. You can see the "powered by" logos and check the address bar at the top of your screen (http://...) to see which company you are dealing with. We select reputable companies to provide these services to you. All bookings are processed by the above companies - not by us.
