  • Rendezvous with Madness Film Festival  - an annual film festival presenting features and shorts touching on the facts and mythology surrounding mental health and addiction, held in Toronto.
     
  • 11 November - Remembrance Day (Holiday everywhere except Ontario and Quebec) 
     
  • Winnipeg Grey Cup  - This annual festival culminates in the Grey Cup Championship football game played at Canad Inns Stadium.
     
  • Owen Sound's Festival of Northern Lights  - Capture the warmth and spirit of the holiday season as the festival celebrates with nine weeks of special events.
     
  • Peterborough Festival of Trees  - launches the holiday season for the citizens of Peterborough and the surrounding areas while raising valuable dollars that support health care in the community.
     
  • Festival of Trees Edmonton. Hundreds of trees and festive decorations delight visitors of all ages. Surrounding the special displays are children's activities, live entertainment, shops with holiday treats and special gifts. The Festival of Trees is Edmonton's favorite Christmas event!  The Festival of Trees is run by volunteers - at least 2,000 of them! 
      
  • Ladysmith Festival of Lights  - Over 100,000 twinkling Christmas lights in streets, on roof tops and buildings with highlights including entertainment, fireworks, a visit from Santa and Kinsmen Parade.
